Privacy Policy – Worovault

1. Introduction

Abnave & Associates (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Worovault mobile application (the “App”). Worovault is designed with a privacy-first, local-only architecture. Your financial data remains on your device and under your exclusive control.

2. Information Collection and Use

Worovault does not collect or share any user data. All data is stored locally on the user’s device.

• No Account Required: You do not need to register or log in.
• No Identity Data: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or IP address.
• No Financial Linking: The App does not connect to your bank accounts or credit cards.

User-Entered Data (Local Storage Only)

Any data you enter—such as assets, liabilities, and investment transactions—is stored locally on your device's private storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Biometric Authentication

Worovault may use your device's biometric sensors (Fingerprint/Face ID) for secure access. This process is handled entirely by your device’s operating system; the App does not see or store your biometric data.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Encryption: To ensure maximum privacy, local data is protected using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 via SQLCipher).
• No Cloud Backups: We do not provide cloud storage. You are responsible for your device's security and any manual backups you choose to perform.

4. Internet Usage and Third-Party Services

Worovault is designed to function primarily offline. Internet access is used only for the following:

• Market Data: Fetching public financial data (e.g., Mutual Fund NAVs or Stock Prices).
• Anonymity: These requests are anonymous. No personal or financial information is ever sent to these third-party providers.
• Google Play Services: Used for the App functionality, license verification, and updates.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not collect your data, we cannot and do not sell, trade, or share it with any third parties, including advertisers or analytics companies.

6. Data Deletion and Retention

• User Control: You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete entries within the App at any time.
• Permanent Deletion: Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings will permanently delete all stored financial records. We cannot recover this data for you as we do not hold a copy.

7. Children’s Privacy

Worovault is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
